A day late, but here it is anyway!
MENU PLAN MONDAY (ON TUESDAY)
Monday: Went to my inlaws for dinner (steak, risotto, salad)
Tuesday: Sausage and pepper pasta (super easy, as I'm using frozen pepper strips from Trader Joe's)
Wednesday: Curry chicken, cooked carrots, basmati rice
Thursday: Pot roast in the crockpot
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: out for dinner for H.'s birthday
Sunday: dinner with inlaws for H's birthday
This is an easy week of meals!

How did you get inlaws who make risotto for you? Where can I get some?

Jenny - I will blog tomorrow about the sausuage pasta - it came out pretty good, and I took pictures!
Lizzy - if you bring dessert, you're welcome anytime!
Barb - I loved checking out all your blogs! Thanks for visiting. And thank you for reminding me that there are some good things about my inlaws - the risotto came with a side helping of guilt, as always.

Yum. I made pot roast in the crock pot yesterday!
When is H's birthday? Jay's is Sunday. Maybe they have the same b-day!

You asked if I've made the Garlic Shrimp before--yes, many times! We love it here. Hope you try it & like it too.
LOL about the side of guilt with the risotto. I guess good risotto will always come with a price of some sort....
